Respecting your information.

UYWP uses analytics to understand page visits, tool usage, report downloads, and anonymous aggregate performance estimates. Calculator reports remain in your browser and are not uploaded or stored.

Information measured

When enabled, Google Analytics 4 records standard website analytics such as page visits, traffic sources, device categories, and returning visits. Google Analytics is not described as fully anonymous and may process identifiers according to Google's policies.

UYWP also stores aggregate counts for completed cost analyses, analysis PDF downloads, print actions, and Engineering Field Guide downloads. Optional impact totals include estimated annual savings, wire savings, shielding-gas savings, and arc-time reduction. These are totals only.

Information never sent or stored

Analytics and aggregate counters do not receive customer names, company names, part names, prepared-by names, email addresses, phone numbers, notes, messages, raw calculator submissions, IP addresses, or user-agent strings from UYWP application code.

Advertising and consent

Advertising features and ad personalization are disabled. If consent is required for the intended audience or jurisdiction, nonessential analytics must remain disabled until an approved consent mechanism is added.

Administrative access

Aggregate usage data is available only through the private administrator dashboard. Access requires an invited Netlify Identity account with the administrator role, and dashboard data is checked again on the server before it is returned.
